I've been hearing a lot of different things lately. My RH said that I drop off all my stuff about a week before the wedding, tell them how I want it set up and they will take care of it. But lately I've been hearing (not about my RH specifically) that RH's won't do certain things. For example, I have some bud vases and candles I want put on the tables, will they do that? My florist told me that the RH will not do that, that that is not the RH job. Well if they won't do it and its not their 'job' what is the point in dropping everything off a week before? I'm so confused.
I'm going to call my BM and ask but I just wanted to get an idea first of what I should expect them to do. TIA

I was told the same, drop everything of the week of and the RH will set it up.

You can call to confirm what your RH does but I never heard of that. They set up everything you drop off as long as its not something that is going to be too timely to put together or something from what I believe I heard from my RH... I dropped everything off, had notes attached to each item to say where I wanted it placed or how to set it up. I didnt have vases or anything, but i dropped off a lot of stuff and they set up everything they way i wanted. HTH

I would call and ask the RH ASAP to put ur mind at ease. MY RH wont put out CPs but basically everything else they will put out. They told us this before we signed the contract though. good luck

ummm....This is a good ques, I def need to check this out once i get closer to my date. I would also make a floor plan & mark on it where you want everything to go.

I would call and ask your RH directly. A florist will tell you that because they will then set it up for you for a charge or supply them for you and charge you. I have found that the RH will do a lot of things so ask.

Yeah, I am going to call there this week. I remember them saying they will set everything up. I kept asking that specifically and they said just bring WHAT EVER I have and they will set it up.
