So we have a groomsman that lives in texas. We havent seen him in a while, but he called a few months ago kinda making comments about how hard it is too get off during xmas and what not, and my fh told him that he would understand it if he wasnt able to make it, but he assured us he was going to be coming. So about a month ago, my brother who is the BM did us the huge favor of emailing him nonchalantly asking him when he was coming up for our wedding so that they can plan the bacherlor party for the few days before. Now, my wedding is 12/30. He emails back telling my brother he would be up october 10th for his sister-in-laws birthday and left it as that. They he emails a couple of friends mentioning how he will be up in october. we have emailed him and he wont email us back. So does this mean that he wont be coming up for the wedding??? I just want to know before I book the tuxes and by groomsman gifts...

I think you should just call him and ask him directly. Save yorself time and aggrevation.JMO

Huh...that's odd. Yea, I would e-mail/ call him and just lay it out on the table because there might be some miscommunication on his part....huh...

my fh emailed him last night so we will see what response we get back.... i am kinda hoping for a drop out since i have an extra guy so it would nicely even things out
