My son has been swaddled for months now (3 1/2 months) and we are trying to stop that since he always breaks free which I think may wake him, plus he is growing out of it quickly. We have a carters sleeper (sort of like the halo sleep sack) and although it says good for up to 9 months, he is almost too big for it, lengthwise. I went to babies r us today and couldn't find any in a bigger size.
Does anyone have any sleepers in a bigger size, and if so, where did you get them from? If not, what do you put your dd/ds in? Thanks.

Re: What does your baby sleep in (pjs)?
This is what Emily sleeps in. They are from the Children's Place.
Andrew sleeps in Carter's fleece feety PJ's and I also put him in a Halo Sleepsack:
They come in size XS to XL and run on the big side. I have two Halo sacks and he sleeps comfy in that without the need for a blanket.

Re: What does your baby sleep in (pjs)?
Aidan sleeps in either Carters or Childrens Place fleece feeties with a Halo sleep sack on top on most nights.
And *gasp* I will put a handmade blanket over him on occasion if I don't think he's warm enough or he falls asleep before I can get the sack on.
BTW, what do you use for swaddling? Because we used a Miracle Blanket (there are other brands out there too) and its specifically designed for swaddling so we got alot more swaddle time by using it.
Here is Aidan at almost three months drifting off in his Miracle Blanket.
Those are exactly what I am looking for, but I can't seem to find the larger sizes. Where can I get a halo sleep sack other than bru? I plan on going to the children's place to look there too, thanks! That is exactly what I'm looking for!
Matthew has the same swaddling blanket, the miracle blanket. We loved it as well, I think it was truly a lifesaver, but he is very long now and is growing out of it so quickly. It was one of the best things we purchased though!

Re: What does your baby sleep in (pjs)?
Nick sleeps in either fleece or cotton pjs with feet...then I cover him with a blanket. I have not swaddled him since he was about 6 weeks old. I purchased one of those sleep sacks, but found that he would fall asleep before I had it on him....then he would wake up if I tried to put it on. Also, he sleeps the majority of the night on his stomach.

They have the sleep sacks on their website www.halosleep.com, on babycenter and at Toys R Us.

Anthony sleeps in the Carters sleep sack. I have also noticed that he is growing out of it very quickly! What do you guys put on under the sleep sack? I have been putting a very light weight cottony pj and was wondering if that was too much?
He is 3 1/2 months old now and I havent been able to swaddle him since he was 2 months! He kicks out of it!

Re: What does your baby sleep in (pjs)?
I just had this conversation with another Mom just a few days ago. I dont know why but I have a few of the Carters sacks and even though they are all the same size according to the tag, a few of them are longer - by an inch or two nonetheless. I cant even say where I got the bigger ones b/c they are all from when my son was a baby so they were purchased over 2 years ago. I dont know if this helps you but maybe you can bring the one that the baby outgrew with you to the stores to compare the length. Otherwise I'd say to get the sleeveless sleepsack. I have both but I tend to think the sacks with the sleeves keep them warmer. Usually I put her in it with just a t shirt & diaper on vs. the sleeveless sacs where I put her in pjs first. I think the skin on skin contact of her legs generates more warmth. The way mittens keep you hands warmer than gloves.
