What else can go wrong??? HELP

Ok so my brother just text me that the date I picked at the fire house for my eparty is no good apparently somebody else had that day and they didnt realize it! I spent all night trying to get these stupid invitations to work and i finally got them to print and now he tells me this! There goes my $$$ in the garbage! UGH now i need to find a diferent place and im so mad! what a waste of time, stress, and money

That really *****!! I hope you're able to find a different place. Can you try looking at other fire houses in the area? Or maybe a Knights of Columbus?

none of the KOC have called me back. I'm so frustrated. This really stinks. I dont even know what to do. I have way to much stress going on right now.

I would go with a backyard party. You can still invite all the people and its inexpensive. Ikea has some great summer decorations. As far as invitations go, try looking on ebay, I have found some great buys on there.

How many people are you looking to have? depending on the date, you could maybe have the party at one of the parks

I would also go with a backyard e-party, you can bbq on a nice summer day... everyone will really enjoy it!

But if you're still lookin for a place, i agree try other firehouses in the area, other KOCs, VFW halls, elks lodge, etc...

don't worry all will work out!

I bought my e-party invitations at Michaels. They are actually wedding invitations. I bought 40 invites for $20.00. They were Orinally $50 but they had a 50% coupon. I'm sure AC Moore has them too.

FYI! AC moore has the invitations on sale this week and for today there is a 50% off coupon and the rest of the week its 40%. I think they were on sale for $17.99.

ok so after all the drama I went through in the past 24 hours. we decided to have our engagement party at the end of the summer at Old Street Pub its yummy. Its in smithtown. My cousins bestfriend's uncle owns it so mayb he will cut us a deal. We shall see. Im going to Velvet tonight to put my deposit down for photo/video.
