I feel stupid asking this but ~ what exactly goes inside the invitation 'packet'? The wedding invitation, response card/self-addressed stamped envelope, enclosure (directions) card, hotel info for OOT guests...anything else? It seems as though most do an outer envelope and an inner envelope...so anything I missing?
