What extras did you add to your menu??

For Ex. Vienesse hour, seafood boat etc.

I guess I'll go first

We added the full vienesse hour, duck to the dinner menu, the bagel and cream cheese cart, and the caviar bar to the cocktail hour.

We haven't done our menus yet..but we plan on adding

Vienese hour, pasta station to the CH and I think thats it.

We didn't add anything. There is plenty of food to begin with.

On top of all the food we are already getting we added the extra's from the Enhancement menu:
-seafood boat
-sushi bar
-caviar bar
-full Vianesse hour
-whole lobster as a dinner choice
-New York to Go Cart- (when the guest leave, they will receive a bag with hot pretzel,roasted peanuts and coffe)

my cousin got married at the same hall I am,,and he had the NY to go..and I remember being so excited when they handed it to us as we left and being so excited over it,,,,

What a great idea! Especially if you are having a lot of OOT, great way for them to get to know NY!!

We didn't finalize our menu but we added stations to our cocktail hour as well as an extra half hour

Russian Licquors

I understand ya!!! that is the first thing my family looks for at weddings

it was a must,,,and the full Viannese hour!!!

and if your really italian you'll understand why I had to add the 'tripe' station.....

olol same thing here rosaria...the 'tripe' i hate it but heavin forbid i didnt...i'm not italian...I'm croatian...but the traditions are the same
