I didnt even know Swan Club had a potato skin bar!
They didn't until we asked. They have a 'mashed potato' bar for $3pp, but I saw a potato skin bar at another placed and asked if they can do it.
Jordanna the Banquet Manager said yes, then Christian said he didn't think so. But we kept pushing and he talked to the chef and the chef said sure.
Basically, it is a bunch of empty potato skins and bowls of cheese, bacons, sour cream chives, etc are set up for you to make your own.

well we splurged on a band. and then extras at the rh include a seafood buffet table instead of the sushi bar (the sushi wasnt very good lol). and italian pastries and desserts on the tables with the cake and coffee at the end of the night. other than that, we did a little bit longer of a cocktail hour because there's so much food and the view from that room is gorgeous!

I was looking into having the photobooth as a surprise for Shawn, but i just got the 09 pricing and holy cow!!!! The base package starts at $2000, not including delievery/taxes/anything else you want with it besdies basic photobooth (like an album, cd of all the pictures) the prices are really high!!
mashed potato bar!!!! you wanted it so bad and you didnt remember we were getting it.

yea it was my dad's idea and i was all for it! instead of an hour, it'll be an hour and a half.

We are having:
2 photgraphers cocktail centerpieces (not provided by the RH) the biggest menu at our RH A fab. Band Harp for the ceremony (possibly a trumpet player and singer too) pianist for CH Roasted Pig Fiesta Bar (we love mexican food) grooms cake Vienesse Hour, Seafood Boat ( included in menu) DOC rolls royce or someother Pretty car for me! huge wreaths for the church doors, pew bows/flowers and huge alter arrangements specialty drinks
I am also not doign ANY DIY ( i consider that an extra thing)
I don't think we'll be able to afford any extras. Luckily if we book by Jan 1st they said they would throw in one free extra, which I think we will go with the vienneese table rather than the chocolate fountain. Seems more practical...
