WHat female(s) do you admire

I admire my mother and aunt.....


Those two ladies are the most unselfish and caring ladies I know..... they are the type to do from their hearts and not worry about whether or not they will get things back in return.

If you are sick they will come to your aid and cook for you, if someone has died and you are not able to do things for yourself they WILL take the bull by the horns and take care of EVERYTHING for you...... those tow are just the greatest and I love them trully!!!!!

O I forgot - that makes me remember....

my Grandma...
She has passed on... I was named after her and she is the one woman I admire the most.
She showed unconditional love to her husband, children and grandchildren even though she had a tough life....

I admire my mom. She's a VERY brave woman. To make a long story short. After years of physical, verbal and emotional abuse from my father. She took ALL 8 of us children, and left with the clothes on our backs. Went on welfare, got schooling,graduated and became a legal secretary, then paralegal and has been with the same company they placed her with for 25 years!!! I learned from her, nothing is impossible. NOTHIING!!!! She along with my son will be walking me down the aisle.

MY MOM. SHE IS THE STRONGEST WOMAN I KNOW. IN ONE YEAR, SHE BURIED HER BROTHER, HER MOTHER, HER HUSBAND AND HER SON. ALL WITHIN MONTHS OF ONE ANOTHER. THIS IS MORE THAN ANY ONE PERSON SHOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE, AND YET SHE GOES ON. SHE IS THE EPITOME OF STRENGTH AND A PILLAR IN MY EYES. SHE IS BY FAR MY BIGGEST SUPPORTER AND MY BEST FREIND. I LOVE YOU MOM!!

wow your mom sounds incredible.

Has to be hands down, my Mom. She lost my Father to Cancer in 1997, got re-married to my Step-Father who then passed away last Sept. for the same disease. She raised 5 amazing children and each one of us are who we are today, because of her.
She has a million friends and I mean true friends. My Mother has a better social life then I do.

OMG took the words right out of my mouth!!! i mean, everyone except sofia loren-- not that i don't admire her, but i don't know much about her so I can't really say... but everyone else was RIGHT on!!!

But I also admire: June Carter Cash, my grandmother on my Mom's side (the other one: ehh, take her or leave her LOL), and Laura Bush. hmmm... and my sister and my mom when they are not on my nerves lol but that's what sisters and moms are FOR!
