Mini meatball appetizer, mini pizza bagels, mini egg rolls, chicken wings, pigs in a blanket, mini potato knishes. They sell those boxed hors d oveours in Cosco or BJ's, I love them!!!

I was at a party a few weeks ago and the hostess made those crescent rolls with brie and raspberry jam inside--sooooo yummy! And easy to make!

Mine too, I make it for everything as an excuse to eat it.....soooo easy....buy the knorrs vegetable soup (dry mix), it gives the recipe right on the box (it might be spring vegetable--I always have to double check the recipe on the box)

I love that Spinach/Artichoke dip from FRIDAY'S. It's really easy..all you do is heat it up and serve with tortilla chips...YUMMY!!

mini quiches!!! (I LOVE these)
mini beef wellingtons (time consuming to make (and costly if using filet mignon) .. but so worth it!)
mini lasagna (spoon meat sauce, ricotta cheese & shredded mozzarella onto 1/2 of 1 lasagna noodle, then fold over .. top with sauce)

Baked clams, stuffed mushrooms, toasted baguette topped with any type of spread. Hummus, goat cheese & sundried tomato. Deviled Eggs. Stuffed cherry tomatoes.
I love these Stuffed Mushrooms from Bon Appetit, delicious and easy to prepare in advance.

You are getting me hungry! I am going to go to the supermarket later for the Fridays dip! Sweet and sour meatballs- take 1 large can of jelly cranberry sauce and 1 large ( average ) of marinara sauce melt together, take chop meat add 1 egg and breadcrumbs mix and make into meatballs add to sauce simmer with lid on for about 45 min or until cooked thru. Stick in toothpicks. Also good as a dinner and serve over rice.
