Since I had a four layer cake I had 2 layers of yellow cake with canoli filling and two layers with chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling- It was iced with butter cream.. and it was SO GOOD...

Sassy75....that is what I had! Bottom layer chocolate with chocolate mousse Next 3 layers yellow cake with cannoli and chocolate chips
Fondant icing ....kind of thick and hard to cut but the cake looked really pretty

Yellow cake with different fillings in each layer Cannoli, strawberry, and chocolate pudding, I didn't ick it out yet but If I need another layer I am going to do custard.

We have time to decide...and since I *hate* cake, I couldn't care less...but we're leaning towards carrot cake - something we both actually love.
My sister had a 4 layer cake with 4 diff flavors...cannoli, chocolate/raspberry, and 2 others.

Ha! And I thought I was being different - Carrot CAKE...on the suggestion from my cousin who is a pastry chef and is making the cake!
But I am a huge fan of anything chocolate too!

We are having yellow cake with white choc mousse alternating with strawberries and bananas (5 layer stacked square fondant)
