My DH was making fun of me today b/c I had to pee really bad and kicked him out of the bathroom while he was in the shower b/c I didn't want him to see me or hear me tinkle! He thinks it's too funny and that since we are married, it's ok for him to see me pee! Anyone else?

Plucking/waxing/bleaching type activities are alone time.

Also #2, thats private, and anything relating to my period (tampon or pad related).

Other than that.. absolutely everything else is open.

THE BATHROOM IS SACRED DARNIT!!!!!!!!!!! He's not allowed anywhere near.... Unless we decide to bathe together that is....

I laughed so hard, I just digested dinner in 30seconds!

Shaving also. (I shave in the shower ).
I dont think its a big deal to pee if he's in the shower, but he's like 'oh come on this is women stuff!' LOL. but he feels free to pee no matter where I am, in the room or not .

If he even sees me grab a tampon or pantyliner from my makeup bag where I keep them, he's like 'oh, i dont need to see this women stuff'

leave us women alone !

anything hair-removal related is off limits. also the usage of feminine hygiene products is something that FI doesn't need (or want) to see!!

This is going to sound weird but I won't let him see me shower.... It is a body image thing... I am completely self-conscious and don't like him to look for too long at the bod!

My FI also doesn't want to see anything that is remotely related to feminine hygiene products. But I don't blame him - I once saw a woman at the gym in the changing area inserting a tampon in front of everyone! Some things are meant to be done behind closed (bathroom) doors!

Anything goes in our house.... However, we do do (no pun intended) our business alone!! You'd figure with 3 full baths in our house, he would use the toilet in an empty one while I'm in the shower - but no!!

This thread is hysterical!!!

It's not that I care, but DH doesn't WANT to see me pee. He's so self-conscious about his own, HE turns the water on when he pees, so I can't hear it...I tell him he's a skirt all the time.

Other than that - anything goes in our house, except #2 took a long time for me...He's kind enough to use the bathroom in the basement for that!
