What Goes Good With Salmon

Trying to get dinner for tonight.

I know we will have salmon but I want something besides rice to go with it. Any ideas?

I just made it the other night with jasmine (sticky) rice and string beans. I did an asian style dinner (citrus wasabi )

You can also make mashed or roasted potatoes.....

grilled asparagus
pop the ends off, then coat it with a little olive oil and salt, and grill on the george foreman grill for about 5-7 minutes....yummy!!!!

thisi s good with anything:

8 cups assorted vegetables like zucchini, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers
1 tablespoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Roasted Garlic Montreal Chicken Seasoning
2 tablespoons oil

1. Cut vegetables into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Toss together McCormick® Grill Mates® Roasted Garlic Montreal Chicken Seasoning, oil and vegetables.

2. Place vegetables in grill basket, grill rack or place on skewers and grill directly over medium-hot coals.

3. Grill, uncovered, 12-15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender, turning occasionally

I get these frozen string beans with noodles and bacon pieces and other spices by Birds Eye..

All you do is put the frozen beans in a pot with some water and heat for 15-20 minutes..so quick and easy and yummy!

Also Ive had salmon with thin slivers of carrots and zucchini
