I have a bridal shower for one of my girlfriends this weekend. There will be a wishing well but I have no idea what to put in it. (I have never been to a bridal shower before). Any ideas?

This is what I would put in it......Um, Holiday type kitchen hand towels, maybe a yankee candle, I think like household type stuff? I seen people get like sponges, ummmm fabric softener sheets, oven mits........I think you can really put anything in there?

Cleaning stuff, lysol, kitchen towels, sponges, cleaning wipes, brillo, candles, oven mits, finger tip towels for the bathroom, detergent etc...
Stuff that is not expensive

We got sponges, soap, towels, those clips for the bags of chips, and candles. We use all of it!

yea stuff that is not expensive
once i went to a 'lingerie themed shower' and they stuffed the wishing well with thongs, tank tops, n lots of lacy stuff

Who the hell wants cleaning supplies? Not me! Haha! I was thinking of getting her those 'just married' flip flops and cute things like that. I refuse to put cleaning stuff in there - that is too depressing for me, lol!

The flip flops are such a cute idea...as is the lingerie themed well. The last bridal shower I went to, I gave can openers, bottle openers, dish towels, etc...I think you can really put anything you want in there!

i didnt want to put in cleaning supplies when i went to a bridal shower..
but since i was told thats the 'norm' i went with bath and body works hand soap.

Or sometimes what I'll do is go on their registry and buy one of the OXO things they registered for...you know like the spatulas, wooden spoons, measuring cups, cheese grater, potato scrub brush, all that type of stuff...ice cube trays, barbeque lighters HTH

I got a bottle of wine, a banana tree, a key rack, paper towels, candles, picture frames, etc.
