I go to Bally's. I paid $39/month for 2 years, now I get one year free and then I pay $12/month for life. Plus, I can go to any location in the country!

That special is still valid. it cost me 315.00.. when i renewed my contract i paid the 315 for a year and got 18mnth free. ...and i love it there and i know that i will use it for sure. im at the gym 4 times a week.. so it was worth it.
same here! I'm a member at Lucille Roberts - I paid $325 for 1 yr and i got 9 mths free ... since I paid it all up front - it came out cheaper ... (comes out to $15/mth!!!)

I go to NY Sports Club too, but get a discount through my job. But its still almost $80/month. My logic is though that knowing that much money comes out of my paycheck motivates my a$$ to go.
And I am obsessed with their classes, its the only way I will work out...I hate lifting and stuff on my own.

I just joined curves and they were running a special so the signup fee which is usaully 150 I got for 75 and then pay 40 a month...not bad

I work out at Lucille Roberts in Rockville Centre and I joined back in 1997 when I put $75 down and pay $11.95/mo.. They don't offer this anymore though
