LOL.... we actually do this on my car site that I moderate. All the 'bad' threads (and believe me there are PLENTY of them) get 'recycled' to a forum called the 'Recycle Bin' that only the paid members of the site can get access to.
The recycle bin is read-only... but it makes for some VERY entertaining reading.
