over pay for the Hall? They gave us a payment plan that when I add it up I get $1,300.00 less do they give you the $$ back I would think they have to.... or the final bill should it all be readded??

I would say at the final payment they will adjust to meet the head count and incorporate the payments you have made up until then.

well we gave them an est amount 120 but 20 are kids and vendors so it doesn't look like she added it up that way???

so far i have over paid the hall in the payments that they scheduled for us. i want to get the hall all paid up asap so i dont have to think about it.
when i mean paid the hall i mean paying for the minimum people and clergy and ceremony, tax and crap like that. anything above the min i will have to worry about in the end.
