I have an excel spreadsheet and they are loaded into weddingchannel.com as a backup in case something happens hth

from get go i made a template in excel to keep track of people and addresses.

This is crazy buttttttt this is what I did:

Took a ruler and made straight lines up and down - rows and collumns - I know exactly how many are on each page - and put names

I dont have addy's yet, so this is just rough draft for now - I'll probably use the excel like everyone recommends.

The Knot has a really great tracking page , and i love how i can break it down to FH's family my family our friends and print each out together or separate

right now.. its a handwritten list of names. but all of my addresses are typed up in my address book.

I am going to make a spreadsheet once i get the rest of the addresses from FMIL.

spread sheet - then did mail merge for std's and the same thing for the invites.

Excel spreadsheet that I stole from my bridesmaid that got married last year Works great... if I actually remembered to updated it!!

we used clear labels for our STD's so all of our addresses are on the label templates save on our computer.

the knot...sssshhhh. Sorry! I didn't know about LIW until AFTER all my guest info was in their site. But its good b/c it can be converted into excel

I have a program called I DO its great!! you can keep track of everything!! I was gonna buy it but FH was ablle to 'find' it on the internet for me

hey robin im actually using a wedding binder/orgabnizer that my cousin bought me at target
