Any of you tell a BM that she is no longer in the bridal party.... Why did you do it?.... How did you say it.... And what happened after? If you want more info I can FM u, I just don't feel comfortable making it public yet.
Thanks for all your help this has been a very difficult thing for me even think about b/c of the situation.....sorry I am being vague..... plus I hate conflict!

I think that if you've made the decision that she needs to be asked to step down, then the best way to do it is to talk one on one with her (either in person or on the phone) and tell her that due to what's been going on and how she's acted or what she's said, you think it's better that she not be a bridesmaid in the wedding.
Be prepared to *possibly* lose a friendship with her - so keep that in mind. Good luck!!!!!

I would write a letter. I tend to get flustered and lose my words in a face to face situation. Also, I sometimes get sidetracked by whatever bullsh*t the other person starts shoveling at the spur of the moment. So I write - read - re-write and send. It lets me say everything I want without forgetting.
