Today is my 'cheat day' so I kinda didn't want to post this

Breakfast: Fiber 1 bar and a donut (I know, I'm going to hell )

Lunch: Tuna Salad Wrap

lunch:
lean cuisine baked chicken
diet pepsi

lunch: chicken salad sandwich

dinner: i'm at work till 11:30 so i brought a ceaser salad, an apple, a bag of pita chips, and a half sandwich to get me through the night!!

lunch: my mom's homemade chicken soup

water
half cup coffee

Leftover Fish with mashed potatoes
1 fried wonton
1/5 L bottle of water

And... I feel sick
