I'm from Ozone Park. My FH and I currently rent an apartment in Howard Beach. I cannot believe the school is closing. I go into the Rockaways to get great steaks at Currans on Beach 129th Street. FH and I love them :)

What elementary did you go to? I went to ps 64

I went to St. Mary Gate of Heaven on 101st Avenue. I went there from Kindergarten- Eighth grade.

the best Kansas City Marinade Steak is from Currans... its making my mouth water right now just thinking about it!

That's what we always get. Over the summer, we would always bring them to BBQ's and everyone loved them.

Ohhh cool. Yeah, I was in public school, which is one of the reasons why my fam wanted to move to long island.

I was a Shubert Elementary girl - I actually live across the street. I didn't grow up on that side of town but if you did happen to stay we would have been the same year.
