Re: What hotels are you using for guests?
I blocked rooms at the Huntington Hilton for our guests, and we'll be staying there that night too. It's about 10-15 mins away from our reception site.

We booked the Wingate Inn in Garden City. It was the closest to the reception site without the astonomical pricetag.

We're using the Holiday Inn in Plainview. They've been very accomodating so far. I'll be staying there the night before and getting ready there that day and then FH and I are staying in the suite that night. We also blocked 30 rooms.

What rates did you get from the Huntington Hilton, if you don't mind me asking?
Thanks!

I am also using the Hilton and I was quoted $139/night. Why would the prices vary like that?
