What hotels offer shuttles?

Just wondering...I really don't want to have to pay for shuttle service for 200 people and only one hotel I blocked at has shuttle service!

I know the Huntingon Hilton does, but it's a smaller van, I think. That would be a lot of trips and people would arrive late.

I plan on going with one big coach bus for everyone.

Hilton does have a shuttle but its a separate company not owned by Hilton and it cost about $450.

wingate inn does, if u cover 15 rooms it's included from the hotel to the hall; from the hall back to the hotel

That's the hotel I was going to suggest.

I'm having out of town guests stay at the Huntington Hilton and we have a shuttle van that runs to and from the Carlyle all day - for $300.

Perhaps it depends on how far away the site is as to what they charge you..
