what i assume to be my total guest count is in....
251 guests. I wanted maybe 200 TOTAL to be invited.
My mom and dad have 32 frieds, his mom and dad at 56 friends. How can they possibly be close enough with so many people that they need to invite them all to ou wedding.
This is just really sucking, I really wanted a medium sized wedding, maybe where about 180 of the guests would show up, and now we're looking at 225 showing up.
ugh, it just really *****. I can't say anything though because our parents are paying. I just really hate that I'm looking at this list and I don't even know like 75 people on it.

Don't panic yet since a lot of people travel in the month of August. You may still have a large no rate. DON'T send STD'S!!!! That's what I am doing so that only the people who are really important remember to come

I know how you feel - my 125 person wedding has turned into 180 over the last month. I can't say a word - my Dad is paying for the whole wedding and for that I am VERY Grateful. I am hoping that alot of the OOT'ers and my parents church friends won't want to make the treck out! (Plus, I held off on a few STD's for some and put them on a secret B list. shh...)

I am in the same boat. My parents are paying for the reception. We have set a limit of 250. We have a list of 265 and I am hoping for 200. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this will happen.
