so far fh and I have not gotten any no's on are rsvps. now the count I have up is not including his mom and brothers and there other halfs, I am waiting for there rsvp. but I am worried that were going to go over are facility capacity? what do I do if this happens? I am almost afraid to call and ask. does anyone else have this worry.

i am getting worried. My rh can hold the amount of ppl we invited, thats not the problem. I dont want to pay that much more lol so thats why i dont want to go over my minimum ihavent received alot of no RSVP's so hoping for a few more

I don't know what would happen if everyone said yes and you went over room capacity!! I am hoping not to run into that problem, although the thought does scare me too!!

I really thought fh one friend who lives 4 hours away would rsvp NO, but he did not. he is coming, I am sure we'll get some nos but when? I do not have a good feeling about this.

i've heard this is the case too.. good luck! i dont know what would happen if you went over room capacity!

I think the No's will come later....we had 258 on our original list and capacity is really like 220 like Lindsay said....so we cut the list to 228 b/c we were concerned about this! So far, 20 No....many of those we expected (guests for friends who we knew wouldn't bring anyone, older relatives) but some who we expected No from ended up being Yes!!
The No's will come though....how far over capacity did you invite? I was so nervous about this and that's why we cut our list! (plus we really only wanted to be paying for 200...!)

that happened to us- i called my hall and we switched to a bigger room because we wouldnt have fit in the original room we booked

I believe like 25, fh works for a fairly big co. he got carried away. he sez, oh they wont all come.. mmm Surprise. but I think I am just stressing for nothing, at least I hope.
