Groundhogs Day

Wow! You're the first person, besides my mom, that I've known to hate that movie!

And, I'll probably get flamed, but Lord of the Rings. I just never liked fantasy type stuff like that, I thought it was awful and slept through most of it.

ETA: Labyrinth... I think it's one of those movies that you have to see as a kid to appreciate... and I didn't see it until I was 19... David Bowie and his stupid glass balls still haunt me...

I love Jim Carrey but The Majestic was so boring.

Walked out on The Majestic ~ couldn't take it. Also George Clooney's Solaris - utterly horrible!

Yes, that was horrendous. We didn't walk out b/c we were waiting for a good ending, but one never came. Horrible, horrible movie!!!

Yes, I love Brad Pitt but couldn't bear to watch the Mexican all the way through.

Hated scary movie two-not even funny.
Just saw a really bad movie last night on DVD, the Door in the Floor.

Hated Jeepers Creepers.
Hated Anger Management, it started off kinda funny, but then just got really bad.

The Hulk was pretty bad, Gigli was bad-yes I did rent it. Oh man I was so irritated by this one - VANILLA SKY, so annoying and pointless.

I tried to watch that Leonardo DiCaprio movie The Beach, but it was so bad.

A.I was complete and utter TORTURE! I don't know how I made it through that horrid movie....

I agree! I could not make it through that movie at all. Although many of the movies mentioned in this thread that were mentioned I actually liked!

Another tortuous movie was Dante's Peak! DH and I laughed when they were trying to get down the mountain and the tires on the truck were not melting from lava! How does that not happen? Everything else was melting except that truck and those tire?

Ok, I am dating myself with this one but it came out in 1981 or around there- 'Clash of the Titans'- it was about Medusa and other mythological people. SOOO stupid.

I also hated Magnolia, Vanilla Sky and Eyes Wide Shut- Tom Cruise sucks after Top Gun IMO

I hated Lost in Translation too- my SIL who is in the movie business thinks I am crazy.

Big Fish was pretty bad too.

Lost in Translation...it started off good, but then it took a nosedive...I fell asleep in the theater!

Also, Purple Rain...I get so embarrassed for Prince in that movie.

The Stepford Wives! We rented it and I turned it off it was so bad.

AGREE! We saw in in the theathre and i was s o mad..it stunk!

I absolutely hated Once upon a time in Mexico...actually I don't know if I can technically say that bc we shut it off after the opening credits...it was that bad

I also hated Master and Commander and TROY...what a waste of three hours I don't care if Brad Pitt was in it...it was horrible

Oh and all the Lord of the Rings movies...fell asleep through ALL three...

Hands down, Eyes Wide Shut. I still shudder every time I think of the three hours of my life WASTED watching that crap.

Definitely agree! And the other horrible Tom Cruise movie that I can't think of the name. The one with Penelope Cruz.

ETA: Just read through the entire thread. Vanilla Sky was awful!

I just saw 'Party Monster' and it was definately one of the worst movies ever. I also thought that 'Congo' was awful, but in an almost so bad that it was funny way.
