what info did you include with your std's and where did you put it
hey girls. I am tying up some loose ends with my std's and I wanted to know what info you included and how did you go about including it.
right now on the magnet and the card stock I have the bare bones..
Our names Our date Hotel Accommodations Available Formal invitation to follow
I also wanted to let people know that is a Sunday night wedding and not on a holiday weekend, and that there will be a brunch for those that opt to stay at the hotel (which we have yet to choose)
did anyone include another little note with them with details like this?

We didn't. We just included the hotel info cards.
My friend had a brunch on the sunday after her wedding and she just included that information in our OOT bags! Hope this helps.

Names Date Invite to follow Anyone who needed hotel info can call us or our families. Some people are savvy enough to look on a wedding site like WeddingChannel.com or theknot.com on their own. I didn't want a '.com' on my STD.

We have a card that folds up:
On Cover:
Names Date (We are also having it on a Sunday that is not a Holiday, so we wrote 'Sunday, August 20, 2006' Location (Venue and Address) Formal Invitation to Follow
Inside top-flap:
Hotel Information and reserved rates
Inside bottom-flap:
Attached Magnet Our wedding website

MIne looked like this. We kept the same info, but added on the bottom formal invitation to follow. For all the OOT people, I put in the hotel info for where we blocked rooms. No notes or anything.

I had a magnet in a separate note card attached with photo corners. The front of the notecard said 'We're Tying the Knot' i then tied a Ribbon note to close the note card. Since we are getting married on a holiday weekend, i inserted a small piece of paper that matched the notecard including all hotel info, including price and how far form the eastwind each was located. I also included a brief description of local attractions around the area. People thought it was a great idea!

thanks ladies...
my real concerns are how to let everyone know in advance, that it's a Sunday NIGHT wedding, ending at midnight...so they can make arrangements with work etc. if need be.
