didnt they do all this for you though. When I booked they added all that up and told me what my grand total would be including tax and everything, based on minimum guarantee of course. They should have it written all down for you, they did all the installments i had to do before the wedding and how much and then 2 weeks before the wedding exactly how much I would owe them.

Service charge is generally 18 - 20%. Tax is 8.625%
