one of my girls is having her engagement party this april. i am going to be in her BP and so is FH. what is a good engagement gift to give them? i am not sure if they will be signed up for a registry by then, but if so, should i just get something from there?
when FH and I had our e-party, we didnt have a registry, so most ppl just gave us $. she gave us $ and a really cute personalized frame.
any ideas? we are both planning weddings, so we are both kinda on a budget too ya know...

when i had mine (it was small , mostly fh's family) i mostly got money, gift cards, and a few of his aunts and uncles got me waterford vases and bowls which i loved! and they go with anything which is good since we dont have our house yet...... also, toasting flutes are a cute i dea and you can always get them engraved if they have their date set! HTH

if she gave you money, i would give the same amount back and small gift.....like maybe toasting flutes or a cake server.

ITA.... if i was someones bm i would like to give them a physical gift as well, i just think its a nice momento to have rather than just money that everyone will give jmo

def give her money! a cute gift that im giving a friend on top of $ is 2 passes to spa castle. its 35$ for the day and u use their facilities: pool,sauna,jacuzzis.. 'when wedding planning stresses u out.....etc etc'
i havent used mine yet.. but when i will.. illlet u ladies know how it is. ive heard they are amazingg.. u feel like ur on vacation.

Toasting flutes from Tiffany's are a good idea and they come in a nice gift box. Also, you could look into the cake cutting knife and server. A bunch of us did that for friends since we were all in the bp. If they are close its nice to have something they can use to think of you on their wedding day and then keep!!
