I found great gift bags on clearance at Target that were white and at the top of the bag was a hand throwing a bouquet downwards and at the bottom was a group of hands and little words that said 'I got it!' and 'Mine, mine'...they were like $.98 a piece!!

A lot of dollar stores have these really pretty porcelain boxes with little pastel flowers and pearls on them. you could use those and just put the gifts inside and then tie it with a pretty tulle or sating edged ribbon.
