What is a 'healthy' diet?

I've heard about healthy diets, clean diets, etc. But what are they? Can someone list a weekly example (breakfast, lunch, dinner)? Thanks!

I think its a matter of opinion. A healthy diet to me is eating whole foods, natural foods. Things that have simple ingredients.

For me, it also includes things that have real ingredients, like real sugar, instead of splenda or man made sugars. I feel like all those chemicals are causing us cancer!!!

To me it means eating natural, real foods and eliminating all packaged foods, artificial sweetners, food additives, excess sugar and caffiene. I've also decided to go further and eliminate dairy products and try to stick to eating chicken, beef and turkey that had a vegetarian diet and that haven't been pumped with hormones.

Fruits-veggies, water, whole grains-lean meats and fish.

Non-processed foods as well.
