What is a sample sale? I heard that Kleinfeld's is having one next Sunday. How discounted are dresses at sample sales?
I have never heard of a store having one but they have them in the city all the time. For instance, J Crew. I went to a J Crew sample sale and got shirts for $5 and pants for $10..maybe they were last season but they stilll rocked. You have to be prepared to fight for your size. Odds are things are very big or very tiny with a few mediums. If you can handle crowds and are aggresive, then go for it!!
Wow, thank you for replying. This is my first time posting on LI Weddings.com. Your response was definitely informative!
No problem, I love sample sales!! But, I hate crowds and end up having panic attacks, lol. It is very worth it to check it out!!
They usually pretty discounted, they are the samples that the woman have tried on, the floor samples, just be careful, some are discolored, wripped etc.. But my friend got a great deal on a vera wang, it was like $400.
