I think it is just a dance where you are the only one dancing... For a wedding it would be your first dance together as husband and wife as everyone else watches. I would get a second opinion on that though cause I am not positive.

There is a blank space for the First Dance and then later on the sheet there is a blank space for the Spotlight Dance???

Yup, a spotlight dance is when it's just you and your new DH like your first dance and maybe the dance you do after your cake cutting. Spotlight dances are also the bride/dad and groom/mom dances.
