What time of day
How many stations @ CH
How many choices of entrees
Is the cake included
Any extras? (ice sculpture, chair covers, etc)

These will all play a role in the price per person..

its a hotel the evening not sure i think 2 or 3 yes cake is included but iam not using it no extras yet

i didnt get that many details but i know like 10 passed hour dvors dont know how to spell it stations and 2 dinner options and wedding cake

where is the location? i was quoted prices like this when i was looking at spots in manhattan/brooklyn....i just think LI halls offer so much more for the $...

but if you are about the place, i would see if they can throw in some free rooms (its a hotel right?) and book it

for your date/location/etc i sounds about right...Going rate is for august is about what you were quoted

i'm having a sat evening wedding, i can't remember how many passed hor d'evours (sp?), but i know it's a lot and 8 or 10 stations (i can't remember that either) at CH. at reception it is an appetizer (either salad and something else or a combined dish), then a choice of 7 dinners, dessert, plus cake and choc fountain. all for less than $125pp, including tax and tip

wow thats good well they told me i could customize it too
