What is average to spend on bridesmaids?

I had 6 BM, 1 MOH, 2 Jr BM and a FG.

I spent (on the gifts incl gift certificates for manicures):
$115 on each BM
$200 on MOH
$50 on Jr. BM
$50 on FG

Then I also paid for a bridal tea at the Robinson's Tea Room in Stonybrook the day before the wedding. I had all of the above except the children, our Moms and the two readers at the tea.

I had 8, spent about $60-$75 on each... $200 on Moh, $50 on Jr BM and FG...
I spent so much on the MOH because she was also my sister.

We set aside a budget of 75 per attendant- regardless of uh, 'rank'. I found these awesome handbags/clutchs for 62- so I got them.. I also threw a bridesmaid brunch- invited them all over to my place- and had mini picture frames, used as placecards, which were also gifts for them--

So under budget.. So far none of my bridesmaids have gone above and beyond- while it is super early-- do I really need to get my 'OH's' (I have two) something special? The fact that their title is of more honor I think is special enough--and I am treating all of my BM's equally- not asking much of anyone-- just want them to be supportive.
