Re: what is considered...
Fridays and Sundays are def cheaper than Saturday nights... and Saturday DAYS are cheaper than Saturday nights.
Off season from what I've seen is March-May and Late Oct-NOv. (Not sure how Dec and Jan fit in though)

Re: what is considered...
I definetly want a Sunday, no doubt about that.
But I LOVE the fall & I'm kind of leaning more towards a November wedding then what we planned which is February.
Thank goodness it's not booked yet,. so we can still change our minds :0)

Sunday will definitely be cheaper and November tends to be less expensive.

Re: what is considered...
I'd personally totally pick Nov over Feb... less chance of snow, I think.
But would you be waiting another 9 months then? Or would you be coming to the 11'ers??? Oooooh, do that!!! LoL Youll def get a pretty good price on a Sunday in Nov.

Re: what is considered...
Jan and Feb are generally considered off season, and therefore cheaper.
As the other girls mentioned a Sunday is def cheaper than a Sat.
And afternoon is generally cheaper than night.

Re: what is considered...
I was told the off seasons are end of November - March....
Sat nights are most expensive then Sunday then Saturday day then Friday....if I am not mistaken....some places sunday and friday were the same but for the most part, we realized noticed that sat nights are obviously the most expensive and friday being the least.....
Also, if you get married on a holiday weekend, you might get a better price as well!

Re: what is considered...
a Saturday night in November cost me way less than a Friday night in October. Also, I found when I was looking that the difference between a Friday night/Saturday day/Sunday wedding was less drastic in November than in October.
Prices go back up early December (I guess holiday parties) then drop again in January-March.

Re: what is considered...
Sometimes it depends on the hall. I found that any place on the water is cheaper in the colder months. But to my surprise, some places that were not on the water where actually cheaper in July. If you´re flexible I would call and straight out ask them, when can you give me the best rate?

Re: what is considered...
I'd say Nov-March is the off season. Even April is less expensive. May/June/July/August were the most expesnive that I found. Sundays and Saturday days were the cheapest then Friday nights and then Saturday nights were the most expensive. HTH!

Re: what is considered...
December through March are considered 'off-season' and you can get the best deals in January and February, not only with your RH but with all the vendors. Fridays and Sundays are MUCH cheaper than Saturday nights. You can also look into a Saturday afternoon wedding as a more budget friendly alternative.

I think you'll get lower prices from Nov-April at most places.. lowest prices Jan & Feb most likely
