Catering hall offered two options for our vendors the day of. Have them eat for cocktail hour or have them have dinner?
I think they should have the dinner since some of them will be there with us from start til end but FH wants them during the CH.
Thoughts please...

Re: What is customary?
Definitely dinner. My father is in a wedding band and it's way more important for them to eat then than it is for them to eat earlier. Some of the vendors are there all day, yes, but some are there for just the evening and they need a break halfway through anyway. They will go get food elsewhere or go hungry if you don't serve them dinner, so why not just give them dinner?

Re: What is customary?
If I was given the choice I would give them a dinner. Chances are they pick at stuff during the cocktail hour anyways but I would like them to have a dinner as well.
