What is everyone currently working on?

I'm trying to play a little catch up here.

So what's everyone up to in the planning process?

Currently, I'm not planning the wedding, but instead planning a girls road trip! Kind of like a last hurrah before I get married!

aww yay cute, going anywhere good? road trips are the besttt!!!

we need to 1 officially get engaged lol but we're booking the hall on sunday. and then doing djs and flowers, meeting with the photographer (already booked) to go over packages and then taking a break from planning

we haven't booked our RH yet... but i've been looking in favors and invitations.

i just want to get everything out of the way early in the game.

We are going to Tennessee!

LOL We are the 'queens of the random places'.

We decided we want to hit every state on the map - so this time we just kinda spun and hit the map - We landed in Tennessee, so that is where we shall go. (Although there was some hot debate about going to Wisconsin because I love cheese lol but we decided that can be our next trip).

What hall are you booking?

Working on asking the Bridal Party... We have the RH, band and photos booked.. and everyone thinks its weird we haven't asked our bridal party.. so that's next

aww thats awesome! last year from feb to the end of july i had hit every state on the east coast. road trips are the best!!

We're booking Jericho terrace :)

Up next as far as majoy vendors is the florist. I'm hoping to meet and book sometime in April.

I may be ordering the favors sometime early next week (just need to check with FMIL on who from FH's side she knows will defiitely not be coming so I can get a more accurate number).

I got our STD's stuffed in envelopes and ready to mail. Just waiting on a few more addresses from FH's side and then I can print labels for those and address the remaining STDs. We will be sending them out last week in May/first week in June.

Going to be contacting the hotel last week in May to block our rooms - I have the hotel info included with STD so I don't want to send them out until that's confirmed.

That's about it

I booked RH, church, flowers, band and photo.

Been doing some prelim research on limos/gowns now. Looking into those framed seating charts and favors too. Also, invitations and deciding whether or not to DIY them.

Hmmm - I think we're putting planning on hold for major vendors...the band i mean.

everything else - florist, limo, BM dresses, place that'll alter my dress, little stuff - we'll take care of over the summer.

We are taking our e-pics next week. I've asked my BMs already and picked colors. We are going home to LI first week of May to look at and hopefully book an RH and photog! Then I can really start to get things done.

we are working on stuff for the e-party sunday. then after that probably taking a break until april lol then jumping into limos and florists... then all the big stuff is DONE!
I have colors picked out but i want to pic kbm dresses before the flowers i think. (i really am not looking forward to the flower part of planning lol)

Booking video this week, then we will be searching for a DJ! This May we'll start looking at florists. Oh! And we just picked our colors! Well, FH had no say in that, he's actually color blind. LOL. Definitely not a task to give him!
