what is everyone doing ...

to personalize their day..

like unique placecards, a special poem on the cake table, signature drink, a special feature at the reception, a unique first dance...etc....

i love to hear these ideas....everyone always such unique ideas to make it really their own.. i think it's great!

I'm doing alot of diy like the photocube, we do letters, I'm making my own menus, table numbers, seating chart, personalized aisle runner, might do petal cones, we are writing our own vows, FH is gonna sing while I walk down the aisle, I'm putting love quotes on my program,making personalized coloring books for the children. We are also making a wedding quilt and Cd's as favors. That's all I can think of now. So much to do.

im doing a lot myself also

making my own invitations, def doing something cool with the placecards relating to a beach theme but i havent figured out exactly what yet, true love letters at the cake table, i wanna do slipper baskets but that depends if i have some extra money or not (im thinking i prob wont since we're paying the majority ourselves) theres a few others but im not sure yet

what i want to do for placecards (but the placecard table at my reception hall is round with a big thing in the middle so i dunno how it would work)

I am doing some DIY as well flower girl baskets, placecards, the CPs .
That and our Memory table. I am setting up a small table with a boquet of personalized roses with the names of the people who have passed away on them,and a candle with a poem i am going to write it is the only thing i am not caring about the cost of lol the roses are like $7 each! But its something i really want to do

so far my only dyi is my bp invites for the girls (pics in album)~i plan on doing a bunch more, like welcome baskets for the hotel guests (someone on here gave me the ingenius idea) and table numbers with different silouettes of our dog

wow those are great ideas. I love the memory table!! Thats soo nice!!! nice idea since FH's mom has passed, as well as my grandfather and one of his very close aunts... sound really beautfiul!

And those true love letters look awesome!!!!! The colors are great too.. they look amazing!
