I've even seen some nice fake pearls. I've looked at costume jewelry in Nordstrom's, Bloomingdales, and Lord and Taylor with no luck. Anybody know anyone who makes costume jewelry? Thanks.

I haven't seen the exact same one as on the picture. If you're dead set on the design, may be buy the supplies at michaels, they may have the supplies and you'll just have to string it.

You are being a good Bride, looking for a 'faux' version, we are all proud of you

Re: what is everyone doing for jewelry?

'faux' vs. 'fake' what's the difference, and why do you use one over the other?

Sassy Posted:

Re: what is everyone doing for jewelry?

same difference alina,
'faux' is fake in FRENCH
I think they just say 'faux' to give the illusion that it's better than fake, when it's the same deal, different language
