for Parent gifts and reader gifts?? I have no clue! I was thinking gift cards for the readers, but I really have no idea about for my parents! HELP!

for readers i am going to try and find bookmarks that i can personalize with our date and stuff.
parent gifts will be albums and maybe DOJ and something for the dads. i'm not sure yet. its SO F-ING expensive!!!

We are not planning on getting gifts for our readers. I plan to a corsage/boutonniere for them from the florist but that is it. As for our parents I ordered them parent albums and 8x10's from the photograper-I am planning to get FHs parents a frame for the print. Hmmm 8x10 engraved frames might be a good idea for the parents so that when the prints come in we can fill them with enlargements for them! Good idea!

For the parents I'm giving them frames..one each...so they can pick their fave pic to put in it...and they are also getting a photo album and DVD...so that's enough since none of them are really paying for anything LOL.
As for the readers...it's going to be my MOH and BM...so they already are getting spoiled. I may just make a small cheap engraved gift as a personal extra thank you to them, but I don't really know yet.

for his parents...we got a beautiful afghan with an irish saying on it (since they are irish..lol) then they each got their own hanky from me that says Thankyou for raising your son to be the man of my dreams jennifer 2/20/09
for my readers... one is my godmother/aunt...got her a gorgeous vase... the other is my cousin and i got her a figurine of two girls...representing us

for the readers - one girl i'm getting a gift certificate to get her nails and toes done, another guy certificate to Barnes & Noble and the third guy noooot sure! parents - probably certificate to a nice dinner place

we got our mothers hankerchiefs for the day of. one says 'my mother and best friend' and the other says 'mother of the groom' both with our wedding date. i got my father a frame with a daddys little girl poem on it. FH's dad we have no idea. One reader I got a personalized frame and the others i think i am going to get nice bottles of wine.

agreed...we are paying for the wedding ourselves as well but they have done so much for us besides the money...its just soething to have as a keepsake of our day....to thankthem for all they have done to get us to this point!

We don't have readers, so I don't have to do that, and haven't thought of anything for our parents really yet. I would imagine a restaurant cert of some nature, but haven't fully thought of it. Maybe we'll make them a nicer album too from blurb since theirs will only have 20 pictures. My mom doesn't like digital print albums, so maybe I'll make a traditional one for her in addition to her digital.
