I have half a turkey sandwich, and some cut up cauliflower with salsa dip.

1/4 of a grilled chicken & fresh mozzarella sandwich w/ lettuce and roasted red peppers.
1/4 cup brown rice and an apple.

Oh, and a bottle of water too

1/2 grilled chicken sand on 7 grain bread with provolone and arugala(sp) soooo good

1 package of Oatmeal, with Splenda

This was my snack after walking 2 miles.

I will eat lunch when I get home at 2:30

well i am on a very serious diet
so i had mcdonalds for b-fast
and for im eating burger king for lunch
