I swear I need new ideas--he gets all natural pb & jam everyday on whole wheat and for snack -clementines& blueberrys and a fiber one bar.
Last week I was feeling creative and made cold cut sandwiches. lol.. When I ask him what he wants he has no opinion-- I think he's just super happy that I make his lunch everyday.
give me some ideas...

FH is all about the PB&J on white bread or roast beef and american yellow on plain italian bread

FH refuses to bring lunch b/c he says he doesn't like his sandwiches to sit....he either comes home for lunch or goes out....argh.....we'll see what happens when we finally live together!
ETA: But I like me some turkey (with something special, like a garlic turkey, black pepper turkey, you know), muenster cheese, sandwich stacker dill pickles, on wheat....or on rye & pumpernickel swirl!
Mine's not picky either... he's just happy to have something in his lunch bag!! He likes honey turkey and american cheese... and LOVES pb&j... ha. Then I'll throw in a 100-cal pudding cup or a granola bar for snack. I actually just finished making myself a liverwurst sandwich - I know, I know, ew. Am I the only person who thinks liverwurst is awesome??? lol

omg my mom eats liverwurst...it makes me nauseas....just the smell of it sends me over the edge....enjoy though! haha
have you ever seen those wish bone salad dressing sprayers? the balsamic ving one is really good...anyway, so i like to make a roast beef sandwich on whole wheat, and instead of mayo i spray the dressing spritzer on the bread and it is delicious!

'Callaloo (sometimes calaloo) is a Caribbean dish that is most popular in Guyana, Barbados, Grenada, Haiti, and Trinidad & Tobago. The main ingredient is a leaf vegetable, traditionally either amaranth (known by many local names including callaloo or bhaaji), or taro or Xanthosoma species (both known by many names including callaloo, coco, tannia, or dasheen bush). Because the leaf vegetable used in some regions may be locally called 'callaloo' or 'callaloo bush', some confusion can arise among the different vegetables and with the dish itself. Outside of the Caribbean, water spinach is occasionally used.
Callaloo is almost always made with okra and dasheen or water spinach Ipomoea aquatica. There are many variations of callaloo which may include coconut milk, crab, Caribbean lobster, meats, chili peppers, and other seasonings such as chopped onions and garlic. The ingredients are added and simmered down to a somewhat slimy (from the okra) soup or stew consistency. When done, callaloo is dark green in color and is served as a soup or a side dish which may be used as a gravy for other food.
