So obviously I have invitations on the brain this week because I am going to be ordering them soon.
I started thinking about all the info that I need to include in our invitation and I feel like it's a lot....
- Invitation - Reception Card - RSVP Card and Envelope - Coach Bus Info Insert - Directions Inserts - Hotel Info Insert
Is that like way too much stuff to put in there or is that pretty normal? Also, since we are not doing Pocketfolds, I feel it's going to look like a hot mess when the guests open up the invite or they are going to open it up and be like '***?'
What is everyone else putting in with their invites(preferrably those ladies who are not doing pocketfolds)???

I'm not doing pocketfolds and I'm am including everything that you are. I'm ordering mine from 'her' and she puts all the little extra cards together and ties them with a ribbon. It looks really pretty!

I am doing the layered invites where all of my inserts will be place inside the response envelope. I only have 4 inserts - Invitation, Directions, Accomodations and response card. (Pics in album!)

Jessie, we're not doing pocketfolds and we're doing the same amount as you, except we aren't adding a separate card for the coach bus info. We will add that info to the bottom of the hotel insert.

you know what I was thinking that I don't really like the Hotel Inserts that we got from the hotel (I kinda want everything to match) so I think I will had that info to our Coach Bus Inserts I made.

We aren't doing pocketfolds but we are including most of the info you are including. Only we are excluding the Shuttle Info and the Hotel info. I figured the guests could go online to find that info.
I would add the shuttle info to the hotel info card somehow.... might help in decreasing the # of cards.

I did STD, and that is where I put the hotel cards, also I am going to put the coach bus info in the out of towners bag they get when they check in , I assume those are the only people that will be using the bus NO???? So in my invitation is my Invitations RSVP Card /envelope Direction card..
