DH & I are updating our apartment to help the selling process. Our kitchen & bathroom can use updating. We also have stucco walls, which some people love and some people hate. So my question is, what would have the most impact on a buyer:
New kitchen New Bathroom No Stucco and new applicances
I apologize this post is so similar to my last one, I just needed input regarding the Stucco issue.

i'd still want the new bathroom..stucco walls aren't that bad but if the bathroom needs a makeover i'd go with that..hope that helps

I'd agree new appliances and a bathroom first. My apartment needed all of that!!! WE have the stucco too!!!!!! The first thing we did was the bathroom!!! i was nasty!!! then the kitchen including new appliances... and the stuccoo it's still stuck!!!!
The other things were just more important to us!

I voted for a new bathroom. Kitchens can be expensive and I personally love to cook, so I would rather have to redo a kitchen to my liking then a bathroom. But each person is different. Out of the three options, I would put the stucco at the bottom of the list.
