What is registry and bridal shower , need help?

I would love to do my registry in BBB, but I don’t know how should I send it to my guests. Should I only send it to the people that I will invite for my bridal shower or should I send it to everyone? How does it work? Do they buy what you need and send it to you and then you also get the money on your wedding. Im new with this.

I still don’t know if I should do a bridal shower, if I will do it I don’t know what to do, where to do it and if I should invite all the girls or just my close friends…I know it sounds silly, but in my country we don’t do bridal shower and no one in my family knows that it exists.

Usually your bridal party throws you the bridal shower and for most girls its a surprise some choose to be included in the planning it depends. when you register at BBB they give you cards that you include into your bridal shower invites so people know where to buy your gifts from usually you invite the women who are invited to the wedding to your shower and yes you usually get money at your wedding on top of your bridal shower gift! HTH

Perfectly said. You can also register at Macy's if you like and they too give you cards to include in your invitations.

i know what you mean. luckily in my family my aunts had them and cousins also so my mom and sisters know whats going on.
You can have something small if you dont want a big thing - and you send the little card with the bridal shower invitation -
but you dont send out the ivnitations, someone else does

Even if you have a small get together of your closest family and friends, I think its a good idea to register! That way people have the general idea of what you and your FH would like. Some people feel money is too 'impersonal' of a gift and would love to get something YOU feel would be useful in your new life!! Hope our posts give you some insight!
