Re: What is the appropriate amount to spend
honestly, i think you should spend what you can afford...50 dollars can buy a nice gift. If you can afford more then do more...its totally up to your situation.
so far i have only gotten part of my bp gifts...i got coach wristlets for hte girls but a matching coach bag for my moh instead of the wristlet. the rest of the gifts i get will be the same for bms/moh.

between 75-100 for me.
I don't know what the 'norm' is, but that's my budget.

Spend what you can afford and what's in your budget. I'm definitely going to get my MOH something extra and something different - maybe differnet jewelry, but something to make her special.

spend what you can afford. no1 should dictate what u have to spend on each girl.
my bms reallly dont have anyyyyy responsibility. just buy the dress and show up.. o yea, do as i say.. and i dont say much in person (as many of u know) so really, they are there 'just cause'. im not sure how much im spending.. BUT if 1 girl realllllly goes above and beyond (not sure why or how) but if they do.. i will spend much more on their gift.. but i will give it to her privately so the other girls wont feel bad.

I have to agree with Barb...some BMs just show up while others go above the call...which I would prob do a lil more for. I am winging it, but trying hard to get a great gift at a great deal... Besides, this is in addition to the RD and the DOJ we're getting for them. It all adds up.

Re: What is the appropriate amount to spend
i think it depends on your budget and what you're comfortable with and how many attendants you have..i believe were going to spend around 150 per member of the bp, but we only have 4 guys and 4 girls

Re: What is the appropriate amount to spend
I hope to spend about $75. i would like to pay a little into the cost of their hair for the day of the wedding. I will have to see the finances as we get closer.

I think you spend what you can afford to spend.
I'm spending approximately $100-150 per girl, probably a little more on my MOH's and FSIL. I may even end up spending more, but I've been buying everything sporadically so the cost doesn't hurt as much.

I think it depends what you get and what deals you get. I think between $50-100 is fine.

Re: What is the appropriate amount to spend
i am currently searching for my girls DOJ. i am looking for something i like that goes with their dress & they can wear again. with that said i am going to look around to get the best price.
as for my MOH, my sister, i am going to get her a gift certificate to a restaurant in addition. if it wasn't for her, i wouldn't have any wedding planning done. she set up every RH appointment & went to every meeting with me. she is the biggest help in this all.
