I am wondering if I am the only older bride on LIW. Who will reveal what there real age is? This is my first wedding & I am 36. MY FH is 38.

I was actually wondering the same thing. I'm 32 and FH is 33. We'll both be a year older on your wedding day. Good things come to those who wait!!

im young - but i think brides my age are pretty rare - im 23 and will turn 24 two months after the wedding - my FH is 26.....we are the first of our friends to be taking the plunge we have been living together for like 3 or 4 years (cant remember ) so we are pretty settled in together already, we are not typical of most people i know 'my' age....

Lana, you robbed the cradle. LOL Just kidding. Lana is my Stepmom name. My Fh just saw some old High school friends yesterday on train & 3 of them were divorced already I can only hope by waiting & dating 4 years it's in our favor. One never knows......

I guess I'm robbing the cradle too! I'll be 32 and FH will be 28 just shy of 29. Hmmm maybe I should wait a couple months until he actually has his bday.
Neither of us has been married before. Boy are we glad we waited for each other. I'd always said I only wanted to do this once and do it right the first time. So it seems that waiting on God for that right person is always the best way to go. Of course I'm biased.

I turn 29 in a week and a half so I'll be 29 for the wedding and FH will be 27 - he turns 28 two months later.
I had just turned 28 at the time of my wedding, hubby had just turned 29.

I'm 29 and my FH is 31. We'll both be a year older by our wedding. From my little circle of friends it seems like we're about in the middle. I have a bunch of already married friends, a bunch of single friends and a bunch of friends getting married around the time we are!

I'm 36. This is my second marriage and I have two amazing children. My daughter is 15 and my son is 12
I'm definitely in the minority on this site. IRL too because I don't know anyone in my situation!
I am going to treat this as my first real marriage -- the first one at age 20 was a joke to be honest.
ETA -- FH just turned 34 and he's never been married and doesn't have any children.
