We have a limit of $150. I think I spent $155 and I still have to get stocking stuffers oh well... Scott

our 1st xmas living together we both spent like $2K on each other... this year he's getting me a pink mini ipod and hes getting Playsation 2

this is the first year that I can compete with his salary, and it won't last too long....so, we went a little crazy...it's christmas, you're supposed to!!!

FH & I aren't exchanging this year But we'll make up for it after the honeymoon - we are getting a computer in February!

We usually don't go beyond $200 - $300 for Christmas. There are too many other expenses we have, such as the house and CC bills!

We usually spend in the $200 range. We used to spend more when we were younger, but that was when we wee both still living at home and didn't have a financial care in the world. We weren't supposed to exchange gifts this year, but I still went out and bought hom $200 of clothes.

It is so hard to stay on budget. You buy 2 good sweaters and a cd and it is $200!! Geez!!

Depending on our financial situations at the time it's been anywhere form $100 - $3000.
(the $3000 was a rarity. one of my xmas gifts 2 years ag was my very first trip to disney world), then the following year he spent a few hundred, b/c he was saving for my ering.I usually would spend about $300.this year, it wont be so many gifts b/c i'm out of work for the time ebing and so he's gotta save ALL the $$ for the wedding,

this year we're trying to keep it down because of wedding expenses. I spent about $200 down from our usual 500 or so. For his birthday I spent a lot,because i didn't know what else to get him.

we did the same thing right after the honeymoon we bought a sony vaio lol see great minds do think alike. we planned on exchanging alot this year but then we purchased the money pit lol so its going to be light this year to

The money pit is turing out beautifully - all that hard work for a beautiful home! Yahhh! It's well worth it! Buy him a nice dremmel or something manly like that
