What is the Average Price for a Videographer

I def want to get a videographer but I don't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money. What should I expect to be paying?

By the way does anyone have any suggestions for a good videographer that is reasonably priced? TIA

Ours is $1600.. I def. think stay under 2k.. around 1500 seems average

u prob can if you go to a vendor outside of ur photog.. i think 1k is reasonable

Now that's what I'm talking about!!!

I'm not using the videographer provided by the photographer so hopefully I can find one between $1,000 - $1,300.

I think about $1500. That is average. I am using NY Video Group and they are really reasonable!

Def check out NY Video Group. I dont know the number off hand but their web is www.nyvideogroup.com

The 'average' price seems to be $1495. Try T&T studios, they take 10% off the price for booking.

I read in your profile that you used JPI Productions for videographer but when I called them they quoted me starting prices for at least $3,700 !!!

Thats not close to my estimated budget of $1K-$1500.
