What is the closest to a wedding invites would be sent out do you think?

FH's cousins are getting married April 3 (I found out by looking up their wedding website...they're OOT so I needed to know and they sent know STDs). I've been told through the grapevine that we are invited and we were invited to this cousins's brother's wedding and he is invited to our wedding (and got a STD). I guess they have another week or so to get invitations out? I'm starting to worry maybe we weren't invited?

Which isn't th worst thing since it's my birthday weekend.

My bday is 4/3!
I think the latest invites are supposed to be sent out is 2 months prior....so you may still receive one in the next 2 -3 weeks.

That's my bday weekend too (4/1)

I think invites are normally 2-3 months in advance. Maybe they are a little late or maybe thats not how they do it where they are from?
